So happy with our choice. Clean rooms, a lot bigger than expected. Calm area. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful and kind. Would reserve here again for our next trip. You should be aware that the hotel is next to a mosque. The call of prayer will wake you up for sure at sunrise. It was not a big deal for us, but maybe not for you in you intend to sleep-in.

The hotel is nice, good ambience. The rooms inside are also ver nice . The house keeping is terrible. We checked in on 20th and 21st we were out on a day trip. In our absence the beds were not made, the used wet towels not changed, room not cleaned. One has to make several requests to get water tea leaves sachets and milk powder. The person at the reception does not understand English either, very difficult to communicate. We were here for 2 nights. 22nd morning we are checking out.

I’m not the first time in Cappadoccia, but this trip was a special. First of all I’ve enjoyed the hotel and the village Mustafapaşa, which is in 2 km from the Urgup centre. The charming quiet place with a nice restaurants. You will enjoy every detail in the hotel, starting from the door with an antique bell till your bed linen ))) and prices are affordable. The best combination of location, comfortable hotel with a Turkish breakfast and a price! P.S. Strongly recommended for the artists, writers and creative people 👌🏼

We were there for 3 nights and they didn't clean the room or change the toilets. Furthermore, rooms were a lot worst than it seems in the photos and they didn't accept payments with credit card, only cash. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this hotel was really disapointing.

Great location - Mustafapasa is a small and quiet village, just 10 minutes by car from Kapadokya's main cities. The staff was friendly and they have a nice rooftop but it wasn't enough... Me and my friends stayed for 3 nights and they didn't clean our rooms not even once. Plus, you can't pay anything with card at their restaurant (we had to pay a dinner of 100 euros with cash).

Wow highly recommended. An amazing hotel, it has everything you need to feel great in your trip, a very good service, home made breakfast, rooms with enough space, with great comfort, very clean. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which is a real cave, very big room with a queen size bed, a living room, a desk, a little cave with a round sofa, a huge bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, nothing like it in all Kapadokya. Before that we stayed in another hotel in Göreme, for almost the same price and it was nothing compared with this one, we were to another ones and they charge you a lot without even having a good bed and enough room for you to walk. But Helios Hotel is perfect in all the ways and is located in the beautiful and quiet Mustafa Paşa area. You won’t regret, you will have all the quality and comfort of the big hotels but with the kindness and intimacy of a small one. We loved it.

I was there at 2016 it was a great holiday to me!! If I go there definitely I will stay there kind a little but staff and breakfast was a perfectly good!! And also I remember the little restaurant, just corner the hotel I don’t know still there or not , you have to try it believe me it’s worth it.
